Delirest was the first in Hungary to introduce Deligo’s AI-based checkout systems in the catering sector. Our proprietary satisfaction measurement tool, KIOSK, allows us—together with our partners—to gather guest feedback through jointly developed questionnaires. What are their habits? What do they miss? What would they like done differently? How can we make everyday experiences even better? The collected responses are analyzed jointly with our partners, and where necessary, action plans are developed to track and implement key improvements—always monitored at management level.
