Registration and Login

Where can I find my restaurant’s four-digit PIN code?

For closed restaurants, access to restaurant-related data is protected by a four-digit PIN code. You can find the PIN displayed above the cashier, on the opening hours notice near the entrance, or by asking our cashier colleagues.

I forgot my login details. How can I sign in?
Please do not register again!

  • Tap the login tile on the home screen
    Select Forgot your password?
  • Enter the email address you used for registration
  • If an account exists, we’ll send you a password reset link
  • Please check your spam folder as well
  • f you don’t receive an email shortly, the address entered was likely not used for registration.

My email address has changed. Can I update it, or should I create a new account?
Please do not create a new account!

You can update your email address anytime by clicking the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner. Tap your name at the top, edit the email field, and confirm via the verification email we send to your new address.

I didn’t receive the confirmation email during registration. What should I do?
Please make sure you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder. If the issue persists, use the help request form in the app or on our website.

How can I view detailed information about dishes?
Select the dish on the menu and tap on it. All available information will be displayed on the next screen.
I have a food allergy. How accurate is the information in the app?

All information provided in the app is for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep data up to date, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. In case of allergies, please also consult our service staff.

What portion sizes do the nutritional values refer to?

Soups: standard portion

Weight-based items: per 100 g

Sliced meats and fish: per slice

Desserts: per portion

Financial Questions

I want to delete my account, but I still have balance left. How can I get it back?
Please contact us at app@delirest.hu. Include the restaurant location, the remaining balance amount, and your Mobile ID (found on the home screen under the QR code).

Important: In closed restaurants, balance refunds are only possible if your employment relationship has ended.
