Structured for Success

Management Systems

To ensure efficient operations, build greater trust with our partners, and strengthen our company’s reputation in society and the market, we have developed our management system in line with ISO standards. Our regulated and controlled corporate processes result in predictable and reliable operations—an aspect our partners truly value. A well-structured management system also clarifies responsibilities for our employees, making them more balanced, confident, and loyal. A solid quality management system provides a foundation for evaluating suppliers, as well as the products delivered and services provided.

Our company has designed and operates its management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000. These standards provide stable frameworks for quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and food safety.

Creating a Safe Environment

Food and Workplace Safety

We are committed to providing safe services to our partners and guests under all circumstances. Our operations always comply with applicable laws and follow industry best practices. Employees are expected to know and comply with food safety rules, recognize and manage hazards, and report them through the established communication channels. The company provides all necessary resources and knowledge to support this.

The safety of our workplaces is a top priority for our management. We ensure employees can work safely through personal protective equipment, regular training, and maintenance of workplace infrastructure.

Compliance and Ethical Conduct

Our Policies

Acting ethically is not only the right thing to do—it is also the only path to long-term business success. The trust our employees, clients, and customers place in us is vital for protecting our reputation and sustaining our business. We believe in responsible leadership, setting an example in ethical behavior and integrity-based decisions. Our inclusive and supportive culture creates a workplace where employees and partners can voice their opinions and be heard.

Our Business Conduct Policy (BCP) reflects our commitment to fair business practices, emphasizing honest, respectful behavior with everyone—clients, employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and the wider community—aligned with our values.

Compliance with the group-wide business conduct rules is expected from every employee. Our HR Director personally oversees participation in related training programs, ensuring all employees are familiar with, understand, and adhere to the policies.

Our priority is to ensure we partner with suppliers who share similar values to ours and uphold the same high ethical standards and principles.

The Group Supplier Code of Conduct, sets forth our guidelines and expectations with respect to key areas of responsible sourcing, while ensuring consistency and excellence to all stakeholders, and it establishes the minimum standards our suppliers must meet in order to conduct business with our Group. For further details, refer to our Group Supplier Code of Conduct.

We stand united behind our values

Our Company Culture

Integrity is a fundamental value of our organizational culture, along with compliance with applicable rules and our own moral and ethical standards.

We are committed to conducting our business honestly, in line with our stated values, and to creating an inclusive environment where people feel safe to raise concerns openly, without fear of any form of retaliation.

We encourage you to use our whistleblowing tools to seek guidance and solutions regarding ethical or legal dilemmas and questions. We want you to feel free to express your opinion and to report, in confidence, any concerns related to unfair, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate circumstances or conduct that may indicate a breach of our Business Conduct Code (“BCC”). Such concerns may include, but are not limited to, issues related to health protection, occupational safety and environmental matters, workplace harassment, human rights violations, bribery and corruption, anti-competitive behaviour, theft and fraud, financial or other reporting irregularities, and business integrity in general.

“FaceUp – We are listening!” is a confidential reporting program available to everyone—not only our employees, but also our suppliers, partners, and customers—and is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We would like to reassure you that you may raise concerns at any time without fear of retaliation. Reports may also be submitted anonymously and are received exclusively by a limited group of senior leaders—the managing directors of the group, as well as the Legal and HR Directors.
