In June 2023, we launched our latest culinary promotion: BBQ.
We are proud that the face of this event is Zoltán Lendvai, a Delirest colleague and true gastronomy enthusiast both professionally and personally. Zoltán is a celebrated figure in Hungary’s BBQ scene and a renowned advocate of Green Egg smokers, with multiple awards recognizing his exceptional BBQ skills.
For the promotion, Zoltán crafted a special BBQ platter featuring slow-smoked beef ragout, tender pulled pork, and juicy chicken legs, served with sweet potato fries, freshly baked bread, coleslaw, and pickles—a perfectly balanced meal. Each limited-edition dish is prepared with meticulous care, with only 100 servings made per session. Zoltán delights in engaging with guests, sharing tips, and offering advice on all things BBQ.
The promotion has already been a hit across the Delirest network, and our chef’s schedule is fully booked through the end of the autumn season!
