In our Delirest Chef Exchange Program, we invite chefs from our international network to experience each other’s culinary cultures firsthand. This initiative allows colleagues to connect personally, showcase their gastronomy, and provides our traveling culinary ambassadors with insight into how different countries operate.
In June, we had the pleasure of hosting chefs from Delirest Slovakia. Their authentic menu featured dishes such as creamy sheep cheese soup, dumplings with dill sauce, pork tenderloin, and a vegetarian lentil ragout. Over five working days, they prepared these dishes at five different locations, including office, factory, and hospital restaurants.
Guests and partners alike were delighted not only by the unique flavors but also by the chefs’ open, friendly personalities and thoughtful presentation.
The program continues in the fall, when our Hungarian chefs will travel to the Czech Republic and Slovakia to share the authentic tastes of Hungary.
