One of the liveliest and most popular events at our central office is our monthly Coffee & Croissant breakfast. Our largest meeting room fills to capacity, and the long table groans under a delicious spread prepared by our chefs—fresh vegetables, spreads, pastries, and freshly baked croissants await our colleagues. The room buzzes with conversation, laughter, and a cheerful clatter of activity.
While it’s always a great opportunity for our CEO to gently guide the large team, the true highlight of each breakfast is celebrating our colleagues’ work anniversaries. Every event features at least two certificates of recognition.
The anticipation builds as Attila Kőszegi gradually shares clues about the honorees, giving everyone a chance to guess who they are. Thanks to how well we know each other, the guesses come quickly—followed by applause, congratulations, and the certificate handover. Together, we celebrate their achievements.
Last year alone, we presented 28 certificates, including 5 and 10-year milestones, four 15-year anniversaries, one 20-year, and two 25-year milestones. That represents immense experience, knowledge, and dedication in our team.
At this year’s first Coffee & Croissant breakfast, we congratulated two colleagues celebrating 15-year anniversaries: Csaba Vincze, Operations Trainer, and József Duffek, Area Manager, who received certificates, recognition, and rewards for their dedicated work.
As Attila Kőszegi summed it up: “The success of any business depends on the people who work there, and Delirest is no different. We are proud of our team, many of whom have been part of our journey for decades, yet remain fresh, adaptable, and warmly welcome new colleagues.”
