Just three simple ingredients, premium-quality raw materials, and a professional Italian pasta machine form the foundation of our brand-new service at the MOL Campus workplace restaurant.
The possibilities, however, are endless. With interchangeable dies fitted to the pasta machine, we can produce ten different pasta shapes. To complement them, our chefs have developed twenty distinct ragù recipes. Twice a week, guests can choose from two freshly prepared options—one meat-based and one vegetarian.
Just like the pasta itself, the ragù sauces are crafted from premium ingredients and inspired by authentic Italian recipes, featuring classics such as Cacio e Pepe, Arrabbiata, and Pesto.
At the Delirest-operated restaurant, our goal is to support the wellbeing of MOL Campus employees with wholesome, natural ingredients and a diverse menu. Freshly made pasta brings a touch of trattoria atmosphere to the workplace—while six parallel checkout counters ensure fast and efficient service, leaving plenty of time to relax and enjoy the inspiring dining space and its panoramic views.
