With our regular programmes, we bring variety and inspiration into everyday dining. “Varietas delectat” – variety delights – as we have known since Cicero’s time. While the world has opened up enormously through the internet and later social media, we also consciously seek diversity in our physical, “offline” environment.

Gastronomy is a particularly rewarding field in this respect. Through ingredients and recipes, we can create endless variety. Drawing on this richness, we organise our regular campaigns around specific themes, making everyday life in workplace, school and hospital restaurants more colourful and enjoyable. We celebrate seasonality, bring the cuisines of different nations closer, and showcase all-time gastronomic favourites.

Ünnepeljük a szezonalitást

Szezonálisan táplálkozni azt jelenti, hogy minél nagyobb arányban fogyasztunk olyan alapanyagokból készült ételeket, amelyek hazánkban az adott évszakban természetes módon megteremnek. “Évszakok” promóciónkban két-három hetes időszakokra bontottuk a teljes évet, fókuszba helyezve egy-egy alapanyagot, amelyet abban az időszakban igyekszünk a lehető legváltozatosabban elkészíteni, vagy csokorba gyűjteni egy adott ünnep legkedveltebb finomságait.

A szezonális táplálkozás azért fontos, mert ilyenkor a zöldségek és gyümölcsök természetes érési idejükben kerülnek a tányérra, így frissebbek, ízletesebbek és tápanyagokban gazdagabbak.

Emellett a helyben termett, idénynek megfelelő élelmiszerek fogyasztásával csökkenthető a szállítás és tárolás környezeti terhelése, ami hozzájárul a fenntarthatóbb életmódhoz. Az évszakok váltakozásával pedig a táplálkozás is változatosabbá válik, ami támogatja a szervezet természetes igényeit és az egészségesebb étrend kialakítását.

A Delirest BBQ promóciója

Let the smoke rise

Summer. Terrace. BBQ.

Every year, we eagerly await the arrival of warm weather – because that’s when BBQ season begins. And not just with anyone: our colleague Zoltán Lendvai is the Hungarian ambassador of the space-age Green Egg grills and an award-winning BBQ chef.

Equipped with two smokers, he travels across our network from spring to autumn, showing our Guests what real, slow-cooked, warm-smoked BBQ is all about. His menu features a variety of meats, ragùs, vegetables and salads.

This promotion is strictly limited edition, as the capacity of the two Green Eggs is finite. On each occasion, Zoltán can prepare only around 100 portions – and advance-purchase tickets usually sell out fast.

Amazing aromas, open air, slow-cooked delicacies over warm smoke – all this in workplace restaurants.

For decades, the name Péter Buday has been synonymous with gastronomy. As the chef of several renowned restaurants, a frequent TV guest, jury member at cooking competitions and later a gastronomic consultant, his career has been deeply rooted in the culinary world.
Best known for his creativity, as Delirest’s travelling guest chef he tours our network with reimagined Hungarian classics.

The moment he enters the restaurant, his presence is unmistakable: cheerful, loud in the best sense, passionately offering his dishes and happily sharing tips for home cooking as well. Don’t hesitate to ask!

Wolf Burger

Good things take time. And if there is such a thing as “slow” fast food, then Wolf Burger’s creations by chef Balázs Farkas certainly belong in that category. Balázs prepares his burgers with the utmost care, based on his own unique recipes – these are not burgers you find on every street corner.

Arriving with both meat and vegetarian options, he delights your colleagues with carefully crafted versions of a classic street food favourite.

Fabri Pasta

Fabrizio Caldarazzo is an Italian chef living in Hungary who, alongside his deli shop, runs a real pasta workshop in Budapest.

He brings his own freshly made pasta to Delirest restaurants, served with traditional Italian ragùs – always offering both a meat-based and a vegetarian option on the menu. Fresh pasta is cooked in specialised pasta cookers and is ready within minutes, ensuring a truly authentic culinary experience. Based on the order, Fabrizio prepares each pasta dish fresh, right on the spot, in just a few minutes.
